I'm really glad I used Cobbles for my first experience in letting out my house, it's turned out to be an excellent choice. Katrina and Eugene are warm and welcoming, their business premises are neat and friendly and they do their very best to keep processes simple and easy to understand. I chose to have a fully managed let and receive regular statements and inspection reports which is reassuring as I live a fair distance away and this gives me peace of mind. All communications are answered quickly and efficiently and nothing is too much trouble, they really do take the pain away from what can be a daunting experience for a first-time landlord. I find Cobbles honest and trustworthy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others thinking of doing the same as I have.
