Landlord Fees

At Cobbles we offer three levels of service to Landlords. These are Let Only, Rent Collection and Fully Managed (details of what each of these services include can be found under the ‘Lettings Services’ section of our property). None of our Landlords are the same and we don’t expect anyone to fit into a particular mould which is why we can cater our packages around your particular needs. 

Our fees, including VAT, vary from 5% to 15% depending on which service you require. Please get in touch with us to ask about your customised fee structure, based on your specific needs. Unlike a lot of other agencies, we do not charge any additional extras to the Landlord.
