I have recently obtained keys to the above property after seein it on the company website. From the first enquiry I made in relation to the property I was made to feel very comfortable. I was made aware of a lot of interest in the property. Eugene was very accommodating in arranging a viewing and as soon as we saw it we knew we wanted it. Everything we needed was explained to us and in place for a holding deposit to be paid. Everything was done in a professional but friendly manner. I was made to feel very welcome in the office, offered coffee, and contracts were well explained. As my car had broken down eugene gave me a lift to the property and home again after handing me the keys and a final tour of the apartment. On arrival to pick up the keys I was presented with a card from Eugene wishing good luck which was the icing on the cake of a very smooth enjoyable process to letting the property. I would go as far as saying I class Eugene as a friend for everything he has done for us and would highly recommend cobbles to any perspective tenants or buyers in the future
