Human and efficient, and professional. Despite being busy - as are all estate agents - they managed to help us as tenants despite not even managing the property. Courteous and respectful, they did everything they could not to interfere when showing new tenants around, and were very helpful in ensuring we were able to move on with limited disruption. For me, they have broken the previously wonky estate agency mould.

After making an offer on my first property through Cobbles, I feel like I’d struck lucky that they were the ones marketing the one in question, which I am now a happy owner of! I should mention that it was thanks to the support of Ryan, James & Natasha (team supreme in my view!) who, rather than making me you like a “number/another client to an organisation” made me feel cherished by what I’d say was a tight-knit trio who were able to help every step along the way. I’d definitely recommend and can only hope to have the pleasure of dealing with them in the future!
