Some people like ground floor bedrooms for accessibility; others feel very vulnerable and would rather sleep upstairs. Is there a hallway or do you enter straight into the sitting room?

Google is more likely to show a property on a well-known website like Rightmove – do a search yourself and you’ll see that Rightmove or Zoopla are usually first on the list.
Buyers are motivated by location, size and price, rather than wanting to work with a particular agent. This means that it’s easier for them to search a property portal, then simply sign up to alerts and wait to receive information about likely homes for sale. In turn, this means that to get your property seen by the right buyer, we need to be sharing it on property portals. We love our website, but we’d be letting our sellers down if we didn’t use property portals as well.
A good estate agent will always market your property with your needs in mind. We believe that good property marketing should come as standard, and we’d always recommend you walk away from any agent who wants to charge you extra for it.
